I make no apologies for my love of high fashion, so recession be gone!!!! Gucci's top bag this season is the dark brown crocodile "New Jackie", based on a style carried by Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and marketed as a bag "to use and love forever." I often remind myself that fashion is fantasy and Thank God for H&M and Forever 21!

Gucci is one of the main reasons I anticipate fashion shows. The collections are always on the cutting edge of what's hot and their bag and shoe swagger is insane. Gucci's spring line is a mix of tough, with funky jackets and sweet, with multi printed sheath style dresses.

Rihanna is the new face for the 2008 Gucci campaign "Tattoo Heart Collection" to benefit UNICEF. She always pushes the envelope of fashion so you never know what you're gonna get from her. I love that Rihanna has her own style and not following any industry trend.
