She is pictured here in a beautiful slate gray, ruffled dress which is nothing short of gorgeous and this is honestly the best I have ever seen her. Kim attended the Diamond is Forever Empowerment for Africa Dinner in Manhattan, co-chaired by Russell Simmons!!
